I was promoted to the Regional Casualty Supervisor position which encompassed overseeing/reviewing files in excess of specific dollar amounts, providing consulting advice to adjusters, monitoring the company's reporting procedures, and training. This encompassed the Eastern Region which was comprised of New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. In 1993 I became a Regional Casualty General Adjuster/Heavy Equipment Specialist working out of the Utica, NY office. My territory remained the same as that of my prior position. My new position involved file handling/ investigation as well as my own marketing. In the last two positions I held, I was also asked to participate/handle special projects, namely file review and handling of insurance companies' files/claims in "run-off" or Insurance Liquidation. As of February 7, 2007, my job was eliminated as a result of the company's "third-wave" of reduction in force
