I am looking for a job in education or international education that will utilize my skills and experience as a teacher both in the US and in China. I have seven years public teaching experience in California, including elementary, middle, and high school. As a credentialed educator, I am practiced in implementing teaching standards and district curriculum while teaching to students of varying abilities and backgrounds. In ####-####, I taught English in Hunan Province, China, and I have also studied at the University of Burgundy in France while pursuing a degree in Foreign Language and International Affairs at the University of Puget Sound. As someone who has lived and traveled in Europe and Asia, I am familiar with the requirements of adapting to a foreign land, language, and its customs.
