Our aviation aftermarket client needs a Manufacturing Leader with experience in a FAA controlled environment. You will manage a three shift operation and be responsible for strategic management of all manufacturing operations to include improving process flow, quality, 6S, turn around time and on-time delivery. Promoting continuous improvement, cellular manufacturing and the continual development of people and driving performance are paramount as well.

Necessary years experience: 5+ years

Highest completed education preferred:BS, MS preferred

Other necessary qualifications: Aviation/Aerospace manufacturing/aftermarket experience
