The Associate will oversee the production workforce in a union shop environment. Job duties include directing and working with production staff in order to meet safety, productivity, quality, delivery requirements, and assist in hiring and training of production staff.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, about five years supervisory experience and about ten years experience working in sheet metal products fabrication, familiar with plant safety regulations includes OSHA, and strong leadership skills. Completion of a sheet metal worker apprenticeship program is a plus.
