The company provides end to end services in Human Capital Management space spanning across the following areas: HCM Consulting, HR Technology, and HR Outsourcing
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement strategies for building skill based competency. Align the practice strategy in line with technology trend and advise management for investing & building capabilities along it.
Independently lead a strategy study for package implementation/selection. Guide multiple engagements. Ensuring that the engagement handled becomes a win - win situation for all the stakeholders involved and will meet implicit and explicit quality factors.
Pre-sales support. Provide thought leadership to other business growth activities of the HCM practice such as business proposals, recruitment, knowledge sharing and mentoring the subordinates etc.
Analyze and advise clients on industry trends. Relate to one industry vertical at least to suggest unique package driven process solutions to the customer. Responsible for suggesting innovative solutions to the customer. Tailoring methodologies and macro issues to customers needs.
Work with Industry Analysts, participate in industry forums/ events and improve the companys positioning as an industry leader.
Work on different solutions in design & go-to-market activities for industry business problems and other larger industry-specific alliance activities .
Stay abreast of different Product Architecture & technology Roadmap and provide strategic advice / Point of Views/ build Proof of Concepts etc for customers on emerging business & technology trends.
Engage with the clients as a thought leader by advising on areas like HR Strategy, HR Scorecards etc.
Lead, develop and guide teams in delivering high end consulting engagements.
Conceptualize HCM Consulting solutions that are repeatable and blend with Technology and Outsourcing initiatives wherever possible.
Guide the team in developing details of the solution and creation of collaterals for sales and tools for execution of the solution.
Drive business acquisition by interacting closely with the sales and engagement team.
Network with stakeholders at clients where HCM is present and also with internal groups to be recognized as a thought leader in HR. Participate in conferences (preferably as a speaker) at global level, interact with clients during client visits and publish papers in HCM domain.
Conceptualize and drive initiatives to improve the HR knowledge of the larger HCM Practice. Capturing the existing knowledge through discussions, seminars.
Conduct training / workshops / overview / orientation / awareness sessions for client and team on HR frameworks.
Work with Industry Analysts, participate in industry forums/ events and improve the companys positioning as an industry leader.
QUALIFICATIONS:
12-18 years of HCM (Industry & Consulting) experience
Ability to apply HR knowledge for conceptualizing high end solutions.
Exposure to multiple types of client engagements
Expert level knowledge of HR processes and understanding of nuances for specific industry verticals and current on latest HR and HR Technology trends.
Exposure to HR Package implementation / Upgrade / Migration / Maintenance and aware of the typical phases in such programs - (PSFT/ORCL/SAP)
Proposal preparation, review and presentation capability.
Ability to grasp the explicit and implicit customer requirements and suggest modifications to the proposal and to suggest multiple solutions to the customer with pros & cons.
Holistic view of the HR process frameworks. Ability to generate business case and holistic organizational transformation plans for large HR initiatives
Demonstrated contribution in preparation of White-Papers, Business/Technology articles etc.
Capability to generate Point-of-View and articulate it convincingly to existing and potential clients
Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Understanding of methodologies and their interaction with other business processes / applications
Experience in conducting Scoping Study, Package Evaluation and Demo/CRP at client sites.
HR Domain Knowledge (Competency based systems, PCMM, performance management, and strategic alignment of HR with business)
MBA or equivalent preferred
Up to 80% travel
