Cardiology Clinical Specialist(Ireland & Scotland)
 

BJUSMB/SD 1410237 -- This highly regarded company has a reputation for exceptional high quality care, serving the population of Ireland and Scotland. This successful candidate would need to be very self motivated, significant time will be spent working alone on customer site. The head office in based in the UK.They work with the Irish and British healthcare system to develop and implement better patient management through improved diagnosis patient flow and monitoring. This role would involve traveling. If you like to expand your skills and develop new ones, maybe the ideal role for you.

Responsibilities:

• To give Clinical Education and training, formally and informally to internal staff and external customers.
• Provide Clinical application training for customers post sale
• Clinical support for Cardiology Sales team
• On Site presentations of Diagnostic Cardiology products detailing clinical and technical advantages
• Co-ordination of Cardiology field based activities including provision of pre and post installation training, planning of customer training programmes and planning and delivery of Cardiology office based training courses.
• Support sales by presenting the full range of equipment functionalities on site to potential customers and attending national meetings and congresses for clinical support.
• Conduct on-site clinical application training to ensure that the customer can safely and effectively use equipment to its full potential
• Take full responsibility for ongoing training and to promote good customer relations. Offer courses relevant to the customers’ needs that meet sound Educational Criteria.
• Promote the company and its ethos including the promotion of the Link Trainer programme, and ongoing support for this
• Provide and assist with new Cardiology product launches, where clinical understanding is paramount
• Comply with the EHS Policies and applicable laws and regulations. Complete all mandatory EHS training. Actively participate in accident & incident investigation and follow up. Maintain defined levels of housekeeping & ensure a clean, clear workplace and participate in EHS inspections. Identify and correct hazards and unsafe working conditions.

Requirements
• BSc in Clinical Physiology desirable.
• 3 years post registration experience as Cardiac Physiologist.
• To have teaching ability to present complex material in understandable terms, present a professional image and be customer satisfaction orientated
• Ability to understand complex technical equipment and recognize product problems to analyze and communicate pertinent technical data.
• Have Excellent organization and communication skills
• To have experience with invasive Haemodynamic and Electrophysiology Cath lab experience
• To be confident in Basic Life Support.
