The position is located in Dublin, the capital which is located near the midpoint on Ireland’s east coast. The office is on the DART line. Dublin has become a very cosmopolitan city in the last fifteen years or so. It has been growing steadily in terms of industry and commerce and looks set to do so into the future. It has a very vibrant and active atmosphere, a higher standard of living than most of the rest of the country and there are social events and activities going on through the year.

Responsibilities:
• An excellent chance to manage the planned development of our heritage business
• As the team leader, it will be up to you to coordinate and oversee staff, as well as ensure they have growth opportunities
• You will also monitor budgets, develop client relationships and capitalise on new business opportunities

Requirements:
• You must have strong heritage consultancy experience at a managerial level
• Need to demonstrate sound commercial awareness and an appetite for liaising with clients and developing new business
• It’s essential that you have the proven ability to lead a small team
• Excellent bid writing skills and knowledge of both Irish and UK legislation is essential
• Professional demeanour and team player
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work in fast paced environment
