Principal Systems Engineer for SIGINT Systems

Duties:
Develop SIGINT systems requirements, analyze systems designs and develop system test criteria. Candidate will be required to apply a high degree of investigative/ creative ability to identify and solve complex problems. Submit technical reports. Make decisions that improve overall system performance. Assure technical reports, project schedules, quality and cost objectives are met. Contribute to the development of new concepts and improve existing techniques. Serve as project leader; provide technical guidance to team, and responsible for end results. Present status and technical alternatives. Regular external contacts to exchange information /resolve problem.
Required Qualifications:
Must have a current DoD TOP SECRET Security Clearance to qualify.
Requires bachelor's degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent and ten (10) to twelve (12) years of professional experience in area of SIGINT systems specialization and working knowledge of related SIGINT activities. Requires specific RF experience in tuner/receiver development and SIGINT subsystem development. Must have knowledge/experience with the following RF systems: TACAN Target Tracking Systems; Versatile Target Acquisition System; Video Annotator System and Personal Locator System, Scoutmaster system, V2/V3 Systems, Finder System, Robin System, ERS System, DTR System and SMACKS. Must have a background in electrical engineering, or applicable experience in a related field.
