Duties:
We have an immediate opening for a Junior Information Systems Analyst to support our Navy logistics efforts in San Diego, CA. Analyze specific problems or aspects of the Navy SNAP/R-Supply Legacy Automated Data Processing operations supporting the Navy integrated afloat supply/maintenance organization. Works with files and reports; interfaces with supporting data processors and functional users of NTCSS/SNAP and related supply AISs.
Required Qualifications:
Must be eligible to obtain a DoD SECRET Security Clearance.
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience, and two years of hands on experience in combination of management information systems software programming, design and/or analysis. Experience must include a working knowledge of NTCSS/SNAP systems and their interfaces with other AISs. Must have a basic understanding of the NTCSS/SNAP hardware system. Must have familiarity with Navy technical publications. Must possess strong verbal and written skills.
