Job Description:
We are The Ross-Carlisle Group Inc., an Ohio based recruiting firm specializing in engineers and other hi-tech and manufacturing professionals. We are currently conducting a search for an aviation industry client of ours for their Southwestern Ohio division. The position is an Avionics Program Manager and it is a direct-hired, full time position.
Job Duties:
The Avionics Program Manager will be responsible for the efficient utilization of resources: scheduling, budgeting, personnel and facilities for the success of major programs
Job Requirements:
BS in Engineering required. MBA and/or PMI certification strongly desired.
10+ years of avionics design/engineering and management experience,
Solid background in Risk Management and Earned Value Management.
Experience managing complex electronics equipment programs.
Experience in Program Management that includes finance, contracting, export regulations, engineering, and manufacturing.
Salary:
