Job Description:

We are The Ross-Carlisle Group Inc., an Ohio based recruiting firm specializing in engineers and other hi-tech and manufacturing professionals. We are currently conducting a search for an aviation industry client of ours for their Southwestern Ohio division. The position is a Program Manager and it is a direct-hired, full time position.

Job Duties:


Schedule, budget, personnel and facilities for the success of the program
Plan, direct and coordinate activities of designated programs to assure objectives are met.
Participate in proposal preparation and program reviews.
May negotiate agreements for budgets and schedules for each work element delegated.
Develop staffing plans; establish work plans and schedules for each phase of the program in accordance with time limitations and funding. May delegate work.
Staff selection.
Assign duties to appropriate personnell.
Direct and coordinate the program activities.
Prepare and present status reports to management.
Participate in in-house design-vs-buy decisions for product subsystems.
Provide subcontract oversight
Act as liaison to customers and in-house actors
Governmental agency coordination.
Job Requirements:

An engineering degree and 10+ years of avionics systems management experience. Tactical radios experience a definite plus. Strong written and oral communication skills a must.

Salary:
