Responsibility:
The Project Manager's primary responsibility relates to the administration and management of projects, from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
Responsibilities include client include client relationship and team communication.
Working with the Project Designer, and Project Architect, provide leadership to the team.

Requirements:
Must have a degree in architecture.
Must have a minimum 8-10 years of experience.
Must be able to develop and monitor the project work plan, project schedule, fees, contracts, billings and collections.
Professional license or certification is a plus.
